If after selecting a PDF file the screen remains blank...Click your browsers "Refresh" button. Please be patient, some pages may take a while to load. PDF Printing If you wish to Print a PDF file from the website...Click the "Print" button indicated below. 
How To Download Forms 1. Right click the file you wish to download, select Save Target As...
2. Select the location on your computer where you wish to save the file.
3. Rename the file, if desired 4. Click Save
PDF Searching Search the contents of a PDF for a keyword or phrase 1. Open the desired PDF 2. Click the binocular 3. Follow the onscreen instructions
