Claim Reporting Procedures

1. Contact your broker as soon as possible to report claim OR if an after-hours emergency, call our 24-hour response line (see below). Have the policy number, name of policyholder and broker name ready as well as relevant details about the claim
2. Once North Waterloo has been advised of claim, an adjuster will contact you as soon as possible.
